Cate is the Lunamère

Building a brand voice using brain and body

  • Strategic visibility… without the Mummy guilt

  • Language guidelines

  • AI prompt guidance

  • Website build

“Michelle has honestly been incredible. LunaMère lived in my head for such a long time as this huge passion project full of ideas, feelings, visions and dreams, but I struggled to fully bring it together in a way that felt cohesive and me.”

Testimonial from Cate, Lunamère

  • Cate came to this work with depth and purpose.

She was the full package. She’d lived the work and she’d spent time getting the qualifications to back her lived experience up with science and study.

Cate had run businesses before and she certainly understood how marketing should work.

    And yet, this was different.

This time, she wasn’t selling stuff. She was selling herself. And, she was stepping into the work she felt she was here to do.

That is incredibly motivated but brings with it some less helpful stuff:

    • Fear of exposure.

    • Vulnerability.

    • A nagging question, “Am I actually good enough to own this?”

  • From the outside, Cate was exceptionally capable.

From the inside, the story was more familiar.

    • She could see her shortcomings far more clearly than her brilliance.

    • She felt the pull to do another qualification, just to be sure.

    • She struggled to fully own the depth of what she already knew.

And practically, there were real constraints.

As the mother of seven, her hands are full, her time stretched,  and her workload negotiated daily.

So the challenge wasn’t just what she could offer.

    It was:

What is actually sustainable, aligned, and possible within the life she is living?

At the same time, she was building a brand entirely from scratch.

    No existing messaging.
    No established voice.
    No structure to refine.

Just a body of knowledge, a calling, and a blank page.

  • I could see that Cate was the real deal but we needed to convince her of that.

We started at the beginning… what was her business going to be called? We workshopped ideas, asked friends and sat with what felt right.

    Lunamère was born.

And that little exercise was the beginning of the spark of belief. Because it felt right. Aligned. Real.

With space to reflect, to hear herself properly, and to recognise that what she already held was not lacking, Cate was ready.

This is where the real work is done sits, quietly. Not strategically planned. But sitting with the feelings:

    • How does she want to feel as a founder?

    • What does she want her clients to feel when they choose her?

    • What does she want their transformation to feel like?

These are the questions that help bring self-belief. We:

    • name what is already true

    • separate external expectations from internal knowing

    • allow the voice to come forward without forcing its direction.

Through conversation, listening, and careful reflection, Cate’s natural tone and wisdom emerged.

    Grounded.
    Warm.
    Reassuring.
    Clear.

    And she knew it!

  • From there, we moved into strategy and structure.

We created offers that could live alongside her reality, by working on:

    • what she could offer within the rhythms of her life

    • what would feel supportive, not depleting

    • how to shape her services so they honoured both her clients and her capacity.

And all the while, I held her conversation, vision and essence. Building in the background so that her work could become:

    • clearer

    • focused

    • fully hers.

  • Only then did we move into language.

Building on everything we already knew and Cate’s inner, regulated, safe wordspace, we created a wordscape she could use as a foundation:

    • her core messaging and positioning

    • the tone and language patterns that felt like her

    • structures she could confidently use with AI tools without losing her voice

She was becoming an agent of her own messaging. She could now create, expand, and communicate knowing that the words she was using are deeply aligned with her purpose, mission and her own voice.

  • From there, the brand began to take form.

    • A full website built from the ground up

    • Visual identity supported through photography (captured elsewhere, but guided by the tone we had shaped)

    • Messaging that reflected her depth and that Cate felt comfortable owning.

We built a full channel that felt like Cate - personal brand and professional brand integration.

“Because I struggle quite a lot with attention fragmentation and constantly being pulled in different directions, having the website has actually grounded me in a way I didn’t expect. It has given LunaMère structure, clarity and a real sense of identity that I can keep coming back to.

Testimonial from Cate, Lunamère

Our output was her website and tone of voice guidelines (with AI prompts) but these are just the tools that underpin Cate’s complete transformation.

The real difference lays in how Cate related to her own work.

Cate’s Transformation

BEFORE

  • Questioning whether she was qualified enough

  • Holding back

  • Trying to fit into expected structures

AFTER

  • Recognising that her lived and knowledge experience is the work

  • Allowing herself to be seen

  • Building something that fits her life and her values
